The following unidentified newspaper article was in a collection owned by Lowell Town Historian Richard Schmal:
Jennie, daughter of John M. and Maria L. Fuller, was born near Lowell, Indiana, June 12, 1859. She was the eldest of a family of five sons and three daughters.

She was united in marriage with Warren Dickinson March 21, 1882. Two sons and two daughters were born of this marriage; the sons died in childhood.

She joined the Church of Christ at Lowell in early girlhood and continued a faithful, earnest, loyal member to her death.

Mrs. Dickinson was not in good health for more than twenty years, her last days being filled with intense suffering. She passed away October 31, 1923, having attained the age of 64 years, 4 months and 19 days. Her husband and two daughters, Miss Neva Dickinson and Mrs. Gertrude Pearce, together with one sister, Mrs. Retta McNay, of Crown Point, and two brothers, Edward M. Fuller, of Hammond, and Frank Fuller, of Chicago, mourn her going.

Mrs. Dickinson had a very cheerful temperament, sunshiny even when the clouds overcast. She enjoyed her friends and delighted in entertaining all who came to her home. She loved her Savior whom she consistently served for so many years.

The funeral services were held at the Christian Church, Saturday, November 3, 1923, at 2 P.M., conducted by Rev. Fred Gibson and Rev. C.A. Brown. The casket was covered with many beautiful flowers, sent by relatives and friends as a token of love and respect. Interment was made in the Lowell Mausoleum. The pall-bearers were: L.A. Dickinson, Harry Dickinson, W.G. Dickinson, E.H. Dickinson, E.H. Eastridge and Vernon Dickinson.
