EINSPAHR - HAYDEN
William M. Einspahr and Myrtle Hayden were married in Crown Point Wednesday, Rev. Dissmier, pastor of the German Methodist church, performing the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Hayden and is a highly esteemed lady. The groom is the son of Mrs. Augustra Einspahr, of West Creek, and is a well respected and industrious young man. The many friends of the newly married couple extend congratulations and best wishes for their future happiness. They will occupy the Fadler farm.The following June 12, 1952, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 5, column 4:
MRS. EINSPAHR, 84, PASSED AWAY TODAY
Myrtle Hayden Einspahr, daughter of Cyrus and Caroline Hayden, was born April 6, 1868, and passed from this life June 5, 1952, at the age of 84 years and 2 months.She was born and lived all of her life on the farm where she died, except for about 6 months.
On June 15, 1904, she was married to William Einspahr, he being called to that home which is prepared for those who die in Christ in July of 1944.
In a few years after marriage to Mr. Einspahr they both united with the Christian Church of Lowell and remained faithful to the cause the remaining years of life.
She leaves one brother, Thuel, and wife, a number of nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.
Robert Lillie of the Lake Region Christian Assembly, officiated at the services held Sunday afternoon, June 8th, at Sheets funeral home. Interment was in the West Creek cemetery.
