FOUR MORE LOWELL BOYS INDUCTED INTO SERVICE

Included in the latest list of selectees going to Ft. Benjamin Harrison from Local Board No. 1, Crown Point were Nolan G. Fish, Robert D. Sharkey, Robert P. Phillips and Wesley F. Drew, all of Lowell.

This October 11, 1945, Lowell Tribune article was found on page 2, column 1:

Pvt. Nolan Fish is home this week from Camp Livingston, La., for a few days visiting his wife and son and his sister Mrs. Ruby McKay. He will report for duty at Ft. Riley, Kansas, on completion of his furlough.
