The following January 28, 1932, Lowell Tribune article appeared on page 4, column 4:

    SIROIS - TILTON

    Bertram Sirois of Shelby and Miss Pauline Tilton, of Lowell, gave their large circle of friends a surprise last Monday when they drove to Rensselaer and were quietly married.

    The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Sirois of Shelby and the bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fay Tilton, of Lowell.

    The young couple are among our most highly respected young folks and enjoy a large circle of friends who will join the Tribune in extending congratulation and best wishes. The newly married couple will make their home on a farm near Wheatfield.
