    BELSHAW - NEWKIRK

Miss Stella Newkirk, daughter of William H. Newkirk, and M. Elliot Belshaw, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Will Belshaw of Hammond, were united in marriage by Rev. C.A. Brown, of South Bend, Saturday, August 4, at 12 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Henderlong, Crown Point, Ind., in the presence of the immediate families and a few friends of the bride and groom. The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. A.R. Claussen, and the groom by his brother, Elwin Belshaw. A.R. Claussen played "O, Promise Me" and "I Love You Truly" followed by the wedding march.

After the ceremony and receiving congratulations, a three course luncheon was served, after which they left on a trip to Canada and the eastern states.

They will be at home after Sept. 1 at 91 Webb street, Hammond, Ind.
