The following item was in the April 8, 1920, Lowell Tribune (page 1, column 6):

    Birthday Party

    Miss Venice Hamacher gave a party Saturday, April 3rd, it being her 16th birthday. Many games were played during the evening. A dainty lunch was served at a late hour after which the guests departed wishing Venice many more happy birthdays.

    Those present were: Louise Miller, Ruby Johnson, Anita Daum, Vera Johnson, Pauline Kelsey, Mildred Pixley, Clettus Wells, Charles Erhart, Vernon Miller, Owen Fields, Venice Hamacher; Ernest Schokneckt of Hammond.
